This is a tough one! I don't know if I can remember back that far! Oh well, and I'm going to cheat in that I am going to tag everyone on my list as well, except for Lindsay because she tagged me. I guess it's a double tag for Katie too since Linds tagged her too! Have fun!
20 years ago..... I was 9years old. It was the end of 3rd grade. My best friend was Rebekah Moore. My teacher was Mrs. Decker. I was playing the piano and taking lessons. Sometimes trying to be better than Rebekah. I don't remember if I was in Dance, probably because I took tap and Ballet with Sis. Smith in the other ward. I loved it though! I walked to school with Rebekah and there were time when we were very slow! Thankfully I think we were only late once. It did take us a while to get home though!
10 years ago.... I was 19 and up in Greeley at the University of Northern Colorado. I was finishing up my year in the dorms and working at the dorm cafeteria. I hung out with Amanda and Diane. Amanda was a little taller than me and Diane a lot shorter! It was a funny group. We had fun harrassing the LDS guys in our dorm and trying to get them to come to Institute and read scriptures with us. You know, I don't think we ever did get them to come read scriptures with us! I don't think we even did it ourselves. Diane, if you can remember let me know! Diane, Amanda and I were searching for an apartment off of campus so we could all live together.
5 years ago.... I was 24. We were married, Ethan was over a year old, and we were living in student housing in Boulder. Travis was working full time and going to school full time. I wasn't working yet but I think I was still trying to go to school. Or maybe I had just quit for a second time because it was a pain scheduling everything. Ethan was being his crazy little self and I loved having a little boy!
3 years ago... I was 26 and had a new baby boy. Cayden had just joined our family. Ethan was potty trained for the most part. Travis had a good job and we were out of his parent's basement. I worked up until Cayden was born but not after that. I was teaching the 7 year old kids in Primary until Cayden was born. Then I took a little break! It was fun adjusting to 2 kids. Not a huge adjustment but fun. I think it was because Ethan was over 3 and very helpful!
1 year ago... I had just turned 28. I was prego with #3. Really hoping it was a girl. Ultrasound said girl but I was still doubtful because of my two boys. I had just been put in as Primary Pianist and was loving it! Travis received his buyer position and a nice pay raise. Ethan was going to classes to get him ready for Kindergarten.
So far this year... We celebrated our 7th anniversary in January. We spent a long weekend in Grand Junction with my family. Cayden turned 3! Travis got a great promotion and raise! Maryn hit 6months old and figured out how to sit up. Ethan is the top reader in his class and a great friend to all in class. It's so nice to be so blessed!
Yesterday... We woke up to almost blizzard conditions after a beautiful 70 degree day on Saturday. The roads were so bad that they cancelled our 9am church. The snow stopped by about 10 and then started up again later. We watched a bunch of movies, mostly boy movies. Tremors, and Planet of the Apes and stuff like that. We also decided not to put an offer in on a house we saw on Saturday but found a few more that are good possibilities!
Today... so far we had gotten up, had breakfast, got the boys and Maryn dressed, watched Rachael Ray, started some laundry, and are now getting ready to get Ethan off to school! Oh and don't forget blogging!
