information that is. Travis saw the house for the first time this weekend, yes, after the offer had been accepted! He took more pictures and they are better than the ones I took. The house is in Milliken which is north of Denver. Travis hasn't changed where he works so he'll be increasing his commute but it's worth it. These are both the pictures that I took and the ones Travis took on Saturday. The carpet is a very light grey blue, it looks better in Trav's pictures. They also left us a large pile of rock in the garage! Enjoy!

How fun! I am so excited for you guys! It's always fun to move to a new home and this one looks really nice, what fun. Is the neighborhood nice, lots a younger kids? Do you even know yet? How many bedrooms is it? We were looking up there too (had a house picked out in Johnstown) but it just seemed way too far for Greg's job. How long is Travis' commute? I'm just curious. I bet you did get a good deal on it though, did you? Maybe we should look up there again. I just want out of where we're at now! I can't wait to move (hopefully this year)! Jen, congratulations, that is so exciting and a big move! I've never heard of Milliken, you should embed a map of where the house is or something. When do you move? We are planning to rent when we first move to VA but hopefully look to buy within a year. In the meantime we are trying to become real estate experts to make a smart decision. I can't believe all the things we have to try to be experts at, and none of them were taught in school!
