Ethan's had two loose teeth for quite a while. This afternoon I noticed that his new big tooth had already started to grow in behind his baby teeth. Now mind you the baby teeth were loose and tilted forward already and just needed to get out of the way! I told him he had until Monday to get the tooth out or I would take him in to the dentist for them to pull it. He wasn't too fond of that idea but just curious about how they would take it out. So, all evening he had been wiggling his tooth more than usual. We all knelt down for family prayer and Travis dared him to just pull it out. So he tried once and it didn't come out but was totally twisted and just about all the way out so he pulled once more (grunting as he did so, not that it was hard to pull out) and it was out!
He was pretty excited and now he can't stop his tongue from going to the hole in his mouth!
He was so excited he had to call both sets of grandparents before bed to tell them! He's so cute too because he prayed that his new tooth would grow in quickly and his other loose tooth would fall out soon! I couldn't help but smile!

Cayden was so excited to be a part of it that he had to decorate or 'write' on an envelope for the tooth fairy, even though he hasn't lost one of his teeth!

How exciting! Mr. Toothless looks very proud of himself! And he should be. My kids are all going to have to pull their own teeth...I'm sure not going to do it! The pic of Cayden is too cute!
That's so exciting! What did the tooth fairy bring him? She always brought me Barbie clothes so I'm going to guess that won't fly with him!
