A local co-op preschool combined with another in-home preschool and a bunch of friends got a big group together so we could go to the zoo! It was my first trip with the girls by myself! I was quite nervous and just after we got started I was ready to leave and go cry in the car! We made it through the rough patch and enjoyed a morning at the zoo! Next time we will for sure stop at the splash pad and play but I won't be going alone, only with a friend I think!
I tried having the girls walk on their little leashes but it really wasn't good. They ended up rolling in the dirt because they didn't want to walk with me but go off in their own ways which of course were in the opposite direction from each other!
After a good fight to get them in the wagon we did the rest of the zoo like that! Thank goodness I put the straps in the wagon so they can't get out! :)

When we stopped for lunch Ashlynn found a little waterfall that she was just determined to get in and get all wet which she did!
After lunch we decided to go on the carousel. I wasn't sure how the girls would do, not to mention them me being able to hold on to them so the girls and I sat on one of those benches that don't move. A good choice and they love it!

Ashlynn wasn't as smiley about it but she was very unhappy when we finished.
We got done around noon and I was pooped. The other bad thing is that the girls decided that the nap they took on the way home was enough for the day so it was a little rough after that! Oh well, it was fun!
