This year for the Blue and Gold they had the theme of Angry Birds!
Super fun!
They also decided that for dessert the Scouts were in charge. They gave the boys the assignment of making a cake or dessert with an Angry birds theme or a Blue and Gold scouting theme!
Ethan had such a great time!
He made the cake with my supervision, baked it and everything! He also helped me mix up the fondant and mix in different colors. I did not do any of the designing or frosting. I helped him smooth out the frosting on the cake but he was the one wrapping the birds in fondant and making their beaks and the sling shot! He did a great job and had a lot of fun!!!
They also had roast pork sandwiches and lots of other yummy food!
We played angry birds with the birds I made for Christmas and I whipped up a couple pigs (because what fun is Angry Birds without the pigs!) and we used the large cardboard blocks! It was a blast and kept the kids busy before we ate dinner!
It was a fantastic night!!!

Totally cute! Ethan's cake is awesome! I especially love your stuffed pig! I need a set of pigs and birds! ;) Way cute!
