Because Travis and I left on the 18th we celebrated Ethan's birthday on Friday night! We had pizza (of course!) and played some Wii and ate ice cream cake! Ethan was THRILLED when he saw his new bike! He took it out first thing Saturday morning and with barely any help from Travis was riding like a pro!! He hasn't ridden a 2-wheel bike for at least a year and last year, he wasn't very confident and really just sat and used his legs to push him along! I'm very impressed that he figured out how to ride so quick! He now rides his bike to school which is faster and not as hot! He can ride with only one hand and putting his feet up off the pedals! Such a trickster for only riding for a little over a week! He decided he wanted an ice cream cake so thanks to Baskin Robbins he had a great chocolate plane!!!

OH BOY... that cake looks so good! I think we will have to order jackson's next cake. Its fun making them, but so much better when you can get an ice cream cake.
