Celebration!

We started the birthday celebration a little early because Papa was in town so we went shopping on Saturday for birthday presents with Papa!  It was fun hanging out and he spoiled all of the kids, not just the babies!  The twins got a fun tent, teepee, tunnel combination set that they just love!  It took Gwen a little while to get comfortable going through the tunnel but now she loves it!  All the kids love it in fact and it will be a great entertainer for the rest of the summer!!

We had cake Sunday afternoon before Papa left to get ready for his presentation!  I borrowed a 3-D cupcake pan from my friend and made a giant cupcake for the girls!  It was easy and fun and just the right amount of cake for everyone!The girls weren't too sure what to do at first but they figured it out!  Ash was the first to get dirty and start enjoying the mess.  Gwen just kind of stared at the piece of cake until Travis took a fork and gave her a bite!  She immediately smiled and began to try it on her own!  By the end she had eaten the most between the two of them and was having a blast playing in what was left!

They both got washed off in the sink but I only got the picture of Ashlynn!  They thought it was great and loved the party!
