So, my crafty cousin Celeste has issued a de-stash challenge on her blog here and I thought it would be fun to take on the challenge. I'm not doing the 30 day challenge, just a few projects that get rid of a few things that are just hanging around that I am not using!
So, my first project was for RS. We had a Mad Hatter's Un-Birthday party with a white-elephant gift exchange. The gift had to be something handmade or a gift of service. So, I had to go with something handmade because last time I gave a gift of service I didn't get with the lady I was supposed to give it to and she moved before I had a chance to serve her.
I came across these flowers at this website and had to try them out. I didn't have any extra ribbon laying around but I had a bunch of springy fabric so that's what I did!
I used floral tape to attach them to some green flower stakes that I had in a bag and they made a cute little bunch!!! They were fun and easy and now I've gotten rid of a few things!!!
